I meant to email you sooner to say a massive thank you for the jug you designed for our parents 40th anniversary. We gave you just a basic idea and the design you created was fantastic and worth every penny, amazing value for money - you should charge more! Your customer service is also brilliant which is a refreshing change! Our parents were absolutely delighted with their unique anniversary present.
